How it works?

Step 1. Search the secretome database by inputed symbols.

Step 2. Filter the results by the selection: SPD-secretome database, Schultz-secretome database, location verified (experimentally verified), verified secretor (experimentally verified), verified non-secretor (experimentally verified), or do nothing (Secretome)

Step 3. Search the microarray results database by the secreted genes to show further information about the secretor by differentical expression between cancer cell and its control.
